CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS FOR ONLINE WORKSHOP “NEW TOOLS AND MONETIZATION OPPORTUNITIES”

As a part of the NEWLOCAL project, the Consortium is organizing an Online workshop with the title "New tools and monetization opportunities".

The consortium of the NEWLOCAL project is composed of 10 local media companies from 4 countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro).

Through the NEWLOCAL cooperative project, the consortium of local media companies will develop a new approach to the audience, which will help them develop new products and opportunities for increasing advertising revenue. As a part of the project, the consortium is organizing an Online workshop with the title "New tools and monetization opportunities".

The workshop will be held on April 25th 2024, from 13:00 to 14:30 CET.

Topic of Workshop - How to use tools in the editing process and make a profit

Innovations: The potential for development and implementation of new tools and solutions will be explored.
Monetization:
Special focus will be on how to commercialize new ideas and tools, i.e. how to make a profit from them.
Current Practices:
Workshops will focus on the latest methods and techniques of using tools in the editorial and production process.

The workshop is divided into two parts:
• Commercialization:
This part of the workshop will focus on strategies for turning innovative ideas and new tools into profitable products or services, with special reference to social media.
• Production and editing:
This part of the workshop will deal with the practical application of new tools in everyday work.
