The consortium for NEWLOCAL project is composed of 10 local media companies from 4 countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro).
Through the NEWLOCAL cooperative project, the consortium of local media companies will develop a new approach to the audience, which will help them develop new products and opportunities for increasing advertising revenue.
As a part of the project, the consortium organized Second online workshop with the title "New tools and monetization opportunities", that was held on December 16th 2024, via Zoom.
The workshop was organized to discuss current practices and explore further potentials for innovation in further development and use of the tools.
It had two parallel tracks – one aimed toward editorial and production practices, and the second one aiming to discuss improvement of commercial part (i.e. monetisation of new ideas and tools).
The recording of the workshop is available on project's Youtube page - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Knk1A3sMxE
The implementation of the project NEWLOCAL (New approaches for local media) is co-funded by the European Union.
